Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Ijebu Garri

  • 2 cups coconut milk, fresh (is ideal)

  • 1/4 cup groundnuts (peanuts)

  • 4 dates or 2 tbsp liquid sweetener of choice

Preparation

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until desired consistency is reached

  2. Enjoy
