We may also collect basic website usage information through cookies, analytics tools, and similar technologies.

    How We Use Your Information

Information may be used to provide requested services, process purchases, schedule appointments, communicate with you, provide membership or program access, send requested educational or marketing communications, improve the website, maintain business records, and provide customer support.

If you subscribe to email communications, you may unsubscribe using the link provided in our emails.

If you separately consent to receive text messages, message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of text messages by replying STOP.

Providing a telephone number does not automatically constitute consent to receive promotional text messages where separate consent is required.

    Service Providers

We may use trusted third-party service providers to operate portions of our business, including website hosting, customer relationship management, appointment scheduling, payment processing, email delivery, analytics, and membership access.

    Disclaimer

    Disclaimer

Information provided through The Naija Goddess Center for Culinary Medicine website, programs, videos, podcasts, courses, memberships, publications, recipes, social media, and educational materials is intended for education and wellness support.

The Naija Goddess Center for Culinary Medicine is not a primary care practice or emergency medical service.

Functional medicine and culinary medicine services may include evaluation of existing diagnoses, laboratory information, medications and supplements, nutrition patterns, lifestyle factors, food environment, and health goals in order to develop personalized food and lifestyle strategies.

Services provided through this practice do not replace emergency care or treatment provided by your licensed medical providers.

Do not discontinue, begin, reduce, increase, or otherwise change prescription medication without working with the healthcare professional who prescribes or manages that medication.

If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact emergency services or seek immediate medical care.

Individual responses to foods, supplements, herbs, lifestyle interventions, and wellness strategies vary. No specific health result can be guaranteed.

    Cancellation Policy

    Cancellation Policy

Appointments are reserved specifically for you.

If you need to change an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible and reschedule through the scheduling system or by contacting the practice.

    Rescheduling

Payments for scheduled appointments are nonrefundable, but your payment may be applied to a rescheduled appointment.

If you cancel your appointment, you may reschedule it for a later available date.

    Late Cancellations

Appointments changed or cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are not eligible for a refund. You may reschedule the appointment.

    No-Shows

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment does not result in a refund.

You may reschedule your appointment, and the payment already made remains associated with your service rather than being refunded.

Because appointments reserve professional time specifically for each client, we strongly encourage clients to reschedule in advance whenever possible.

    Refund Policy

    Refund Policy

All sales are final and nonrefundable except where otherwise required by law.

    Appointments and Professional Services

Payments for consultations, evaluations, culinary medicine services, functional wellness services, private sessions, and other professional services are nonrefundable.

If you cannot attend a scheduled appointment, the appointment may be rescheduled according to the Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy.

    Memberships

    Membership payments are nonrefundable.

Membership members receive access to protected educational materials, resources, community content, programming, and other benefits upon enrollment. Because access to this information is provided after membership begins, previously charged membership fees are not refunded or prorated.

Cancelling a membership prevents future billing according to the applicable subscription terms. Cancellation does not create a refund for payments already processed.

    Digital Products

Digital products, downloadable materials, electronic resources, meal plans, guides, books, templates, recordings, courses, and similar digital purchases are nonrefundable because access or delivery occurs immediately or shortly after purchase.

    Programs and Courses

Program and course payments are nonrefundable once purchased or access has been granted, including programs delivered digitally, live, virtually, in person, or through a combination of formats.

Failure to participate, complete materials, attend sessions, or use the program does not create eligibility for a refund.

    Physical Products

Unless otherwise expressly stated at checkout, purchases are final. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, contact us promptly so the issue can be reviewed and an appropriate resolution determined.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
